Dicyclohexy Phthalate, an individual humidity resistant plasticizer
which can not be substituted by any other plasticizers. When using
with other plasticizer in the plastic products, the surface of the
plastics will be shrunk compactly. It efficiently prevents volatile
of the plasticizers and moistureproof.

Dicyclohexyl Phthalate has low extraction in oil and water, and low
extraction in hexane or gasoline under 60oC. You may feel
better when you touch the surface of the plastic products being helped
by DCHP. And it improves oil resistance, durability and adhesion force
of synthetical glue.

Dicyclohexyl Phthalate can be dissolved in acetone, butanone,
cyclohexanone, earth, n-butano, toluol, carbon tetrachloride, hot
gasoline and so on, but can hardly be dissolved in water. It can be
tolerant in PVC, acrylics, polystyrene, nitrocellulose.

Dicyclohexy Phthalate has low toxicity, the relative toxicity: T=500

Dicyclohexyl Phthalate is used in adhesive and moistureproof coating.
As a secondary plasticizer, it can be used in PVC, polystyrene,
acrylics. Normally, when using the DCHP, quantity will be 10-20% of
the total plasticizer quantity. If using too much, it could make the
plastic products stiffness added.
